5) What is DNS management? Answer...
Some Domain Registration businesses provide a DNS management service. We do not provide a DNS management service as utilising such as service, via your domain name provider, increases the risk of downtime. All Hosting businesses provide a DNS management service, and for decreased risk of downtime you should use the DNS management service provided by your Hosting Provider. This is always free, automated and usually never mentioned as it is such an integral part of Hosting.

6) What is URL forwarding and email forwarding? Answer...
URL forwarding and email forwarding only applies to Domain names that do not have hosting accounts. URL forwarding is simply a redirection from one domain name to another. Email forwarding is simply forwarding email from one address to another email box. URL forwarding and email forwarding cannot be used where a domain name has it's own hosting account. URL forwarding and email forwarding are usually offered by Hosting Providers under the pseudonym of "Parking" where a second domain name is parked on top of another. We do not provide this service as it is better provided by a Hosting provider.
